If you don't mind manual there is a used Kalimar PKA 60-300mm on ebay.com for $36 incl shipping to the us only. Maybe you can have someone re-ship it to you?

If I didn't already have a Tamron AF 28-300 & Tamron SP 60-300, I'd be tempted to buy it... Certainly cheap enough. Two lenses in that range is enough, though.

Just be sure to remove the Ricoh pin before you mount it to a Pentax DSLR.
