Yup. The Pentax fisheye at 10mm has a rated 180 degree view although I measure it closer to 170 degrees on my K20D, whose sensor is slightly smaller than nominal APS-C. At the long end (17mm) it's rated at 100 degrees. The Sigma rectilinear goes from 74-113 degrees on nominal APS-C, or 70-109 degrees on my K20D.

The fisheye may not be exactly 10-17mm focal length. Other lenses don't measure precisely perfect -- there's some tolerance in the specs. Lenses are only human, eh?
