Just checked their supported equipment list, it sure seems they don't support many lenses with Pentax, only 1/4 as many as with Canon.
The only lens I own that's supported with my K-r is the DA 55-300 .
No DA 18-250, Pen tax-F 50, or Sigma 10-20 .

They do support the Sigma 10-20 with other cameraas, just not with Pentax.

Not sure if they support the Samyang 800mm mirror with any camera, but it's not there.
No Samyang 8mm fisheye support also, which I'm eyeing.

Pass !

You can suggest those modules to be added, but they cover all of Pentax's current lineup now. They've just started adding 3rd party support. They recently added most of Tamron's Pentax lenses. They have a total of 34 modules. It's only a matter of time before they add the Sigmas, and they do support the DA 18-250.

Where do you see the DA 18-250 support ? I only see a Samsung 18-250 lens listed. Is it the same lens ?

I did send suggestions for all my missing lenses .

Looks like no support for the DA 10-17 fisheye either with the K-r, and that is a current lens. That would seem pretty important to support. I don't see any support for any fisheye lens with the K-r at all.

Oh true they don't cover the 10-17, but considering it's a fisheye you probably don't want to make any distortion corrections. Pentax made all the K-mount Samsung lenses. They are simply re-badged. If you install the app and add the module from the menu it actually says it works with the Samsung, Tamron or Pentax versions of the lens, as they are all the same.

Samsung 18-250 = DA 18-250 = Tamron 18-250. I used DxO with the DA 18-250.

They announced support for Tamron lenses a few days ago, and they've already added the modules (except Tamron 18-200 and Tamron 90). They've picked up an incredible speed. I'm pretty sure Sigma 10-20 will be on the list of modules soon. You have no idea what you're passing on. DxO is the only paid program I wouldn't do without. (I use DxO, then Lightroom, but there are free alternative to LR--no alternative to DxO, free or not.)

Exactly, it works really well, even for lenses that are not listed. I use it to process all my adapted lens shots from my 5N as well. It's great for batches of photos. It also has a 1 month free trial, so there is nothing for him to lose in checking it out.

I might check out the trial.
How do you use it with lenses that are not listed ?

It just won't auto correct certain features. It still does quite a bit, and you can make manual changes.

Normally, you can't. If the lens isn't available for your camera body, it isn't available. See:

Supported equipment

to confirm what they have atm

However if the lenses are equivalents (eg Tamron/Samsung/Pentax 18-250, Pentax DA 55-300/DAL 55-300), DxO just detects it. You can also sometimes get a lens ambiguity come up that might convince the software to treat one lens as another, but I haven't seen that work in recent versions.
