I am not sure if they qualify as "Legendary", but of the more unusual and excellent lenses I have owned I would include:
Tokina AT-X 90mm f/2.5 macro AKA "Bokina"
Mamiya Sekor 58mm f/1.7 M42 mount
Pentax-A 16mm f/2.8 fisheye
Pentax-FA 43mm f/1.9
Pentax FA 20-35mm f/4
Macro-Takumar 50mm f/4 1:1 macro
Pentax SMC 35mm f/2

They all had/have some special charms I have not necessarily found elsewhere.

There are lenses that are on my list in which I don't currently know are on the list (ie. I'm still discovering which lenses are amazing and then I want them), haha. So far it's been these (the first three I already own)

- DA* 50-135
- FA31 ltd
- DA15 ltd
- FA77 ltd

I don't know if these would be considered legendary, but they're top lenses and on my list

- DA* 55
- DA* 60-250
- DA 10-17 fisheye

For me legendary is a term I would give to a lens that is so good it out performs anything thing else in its focal range. I have around 50 Pentax lenses and lots are classics, like the K35/3.5, K200/2.5, FA43/1.9 and so on.

However I would only consider two of my Pentax lenses as “Legendary”:

1) K28/2
2) K50/1.2

I only shoot film, so I’m using these two legends as they should be on a FF camera. The K28/2 and K50/1.2 are my “Hall of Fame” lenses!

Legendary? Legends in my mind are lenses that are amazing, rare, and amazing.

FA*300 F2.8
FA*600 F4
A 50mm F1.2
Zeiss 35mm F2 T*

And for special mention, despite it not being rare, the sharpest lens I know of in Pentax's stable (and I want one)
FA 50mm F2.8 Macro

uf....don't know if legendary but those i would like to try if i have huge extent of money:
A*85/1.4 , A*200/2.8 , F*300/4.5 , K28/2 , A 50/1.2, DA15/4 and Zeiss 21/2.8

but i don't have that extent:
so I'm more than happy with what I have, but certainly would welcome DA15/4 and Sigma 30/1.4 to my collection

The ones that I use regularly;

Tak 83/1.9
FA 77ltd
A*200/4 Macro

There are others that might replace some of these, like the 85/1.4, but I'm done buying lenses for a while.

If you go by reputation and confine it to Pentax K-Mount lenses, a top ten list might look something like this:

K 28/2
K/A 50/1.2
A* 135/1.8
A* 85/1.4
A* 400/2.8
FA 31/1.8
FA 43/1.9
FA 77/1.8
FA* 85/1.4
F/FA* 250-600/5.6

My list includes only those lenses I have actually handled and used.

Some of them I now own while others slipped through my fingers as they
were either unaffordable or unavailable.

For what its worth:

SMC Pentax K 24/2.8
SMC Pentax K 50/1.2
SMC Pentax DA 70/2.4
SMC Pentax K 85/1.8
SMC Pentax A 100/2.8 macro
Tamron SP 180/2.5
SMC Pentax K 200/2.5
