Message for Regken

I see you have a number of M42 lenses to work with your K10D.

My adapter is rubbish, I can only use the lenses on close-up.

could you let me know what adapter you use and where you got it?

Cheers

Iain

I know that I'm not Regken, but I do use an M42 adapter and get some wonderful images using it.

The only one that I'd personally get is the one right from Pentax. Although I do understand that there is one more good one out there.

Here's a link to the Pentax

Sorry I couldn't find it in the Pentax UK site.

I found one brand new one for $40 from a seller on ebay, so I guess Pentax is making them again? They were pretty much impossible to find just a few months ago.

Just to update you, went to all the camera shops in Manchester, not one had it in stock and were not sure if they would get any. So, today, went to a second hand dealer and asked, guess what, he had 2! so of course I bought one, for a mere £10, and works great. Now I can use my M42 lenses on my K10D....:-)

If Stg. 10.00 is not a big deal, get the otherone as well. Sometimes its a pain having to remove the adaptor to place it on another lense.

I might just do that, and have one on my 135mm F2.8 and 200mm F4.

Good thinking.
