That's a hell of a lens. Just do a search here, you'll find nothing but praise for all versions of the 50mm. Have no idea about the price due to the exchange rates.

SMC M 50mm 1.7

I have one that I use on my 100D. It's a great lens that is really sharp. Of course it's completely manual and not auto focus. The price doesn't seem too bad.

The price is about 49$ US.
So you say: go for it? I really need one fast lense for potraits inside and in low light.

I got a mint one off ebay a few months back and I absolutely LOVE it

If it's in good condition, you can't go wrong with it.

Own it, love it, does not like to play with flash though. If you can find a SMC-A you'd be a little better off in that regards. Either way, a great lens.

Good price. As long as you don't mind full manual, go for it. You can probably expect to pay up to twice as much for an A, but they are all good lenses.

Another question: "A" lense means it has an A position at apperture ring to controll apperture from body?

Yes, you can set the aperture from the body for "A" lenses. They help you get a brighter viewfinder image.
Don't forget that the wide aperture manual focus lenses are difficult to focus using recent digital SLRs as compared to older, mechanical (read, "proper" -no flames, please!-) cameras.
Simply stated, the combination of these is not WYSWYG
