FA 43 is the best lens I've seen, ever. Beats the DA 40 easily.

I should add that I got like 5000 lenses around 50mm. I think 43 is a great FL on APS-C and 50+ is too long for most situations. Before I got the 43 I used the DA 40 all the time, and before I got the DA 40 I used the FA 35 all the time. I have to say the 43mm is the best FL for me so far. Thinking of adding a FA 77 or sigma 85 1,4 and then maybe the DA 15. Three primes is ALMOST all you need :-)

I agree with this opinion: get the 43 first, sell 50 and buy 21 or 15mm lens + 85mm lens and you'll have covered almost anything except of wildlife and macro.

I like the sound of that, Since I am not looking the ideal Do all lens and will be adding more lenses along the way, I just want to get the best bang for my buck with the first one and continue the addiction.

Ok just ordered the K-5 had to pick up the kit 18-55 lens cause my dryer blew up took my lens money but I'm sure it will all come out in the wash LOL!!!
