The forest fires in British Columbia are about 1000 kilometers to the west of St. Victor's Petroglyphs Provincial Park (say that 5 times in 5 seconds), but the smoke in the air is very noticeable.

Humpback whale off Cape Woolamai, Victoria. I had several long lenses, but the whale was so close I switched to the 18-135.

Pectoral fins visible, thanks to the CP-L filter.

aperture block failed twice.once under warranty and got it fixed and the 2nd time out of warranty and I replaced it with a k-3II. Its a known issue with a lot of k-30/k-50 cameras.

Thanks
so far so good here although I had possible focus issue. Sent it back for a check but they said it was okay. No trouble since. I still like my Kx too.

PS needless to say the focus issue was in Spain- on holiday from Australia.
