I had this experience.
NIKON E5700
f/2.9, 0.048 sec (1/21), ISO 100, 10.7 mm (more) my K-30 has failed when I was taking pictures being on the boat "Maid of the Mist" inside that cloud at Horse Shoe Niagara fall
The lens 18-135 WR was OK though.
The funny thing that K-30 was working OK until we arrived to the wharf.
I also had a ticket for Skylon 350ft Tower and plan to take serial of shots to create panorama, but my bad luck has ruined this plan. Apparently water has accumulated in some kind of cavity on the camera body then made its way to the circuit later. BUT 24hrs later my camera has magically resurrected
) I guess the humidity has evaporated natural way. I've contacted Ricoh Canada and they suggested to send it for inspection. I've made detailed description where and how has it happened then sent it through the photo store where I bought it last summer.
They are being assembled in Vietnam, so I guess it is a qc issue. I hope to have my K-30 back before Xmas. Let's see for the final of this story.
Here you can check more pictures of that Niagara trip.
