Tree on the Aekingerzand, a nature reserve surrounding some sand plains. This was taken on a rainy afternoon and took a lot of processing to get to this. I personally really like the detail on the branches. Plenty sharp, I'd say.

I took this near Sedona, Arizona with a K-5 and the 18-135. It was in July, during Arizona's monsoon season.

Since Sedona is far to the north of Phoenix, July raindrops must stay in liquid form long enough to actually soak into the ground.
