I definitely like this lens - it's just a useful combination of range, sharpness and weather resistance. As I use it more, it's also growing on me more than I thought it would!

A few from the Christchurch, NZ Botanic Gardens

Took a few while wandering through the Botanic Gardens in Christchurch, NZ... "massaged" gently with Lightroom (for lens correction, etc).

I tried to shoot Comet Pan-STARRS again last night but I think it was behind these clouds.

Thanks! I felt like I got good comet images the night before so it wasn't too disappointing. Also my son likes to come along so it's always fun to take a little outing with him.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tennessee

With the K20D. I wish I had brought the tripod.
