I had several lenses with me on my trip to Costa Rica, but I mostly used my 18-135, because it's very versatile.

Bought this baby two years ago and I'm still quite fond of it. When visiting a new location, this tends to be my go-to lens and some of my favorite moments have been captured with it. Here's a couple shots from Tamil Nadu, India:

Homeless animals...

As a volunteer photographer with the Arizona Humane Society, I have the privilege of photographing quite a few homeless animals. These pictures were all taken with the K-3 and the 18-135. Studio equipment with flash triggered by radio sending unit attached to the hot shoe. The photos are used to help potential adopters find a furry companion.
