A good trio gramar, and always a pleasure to see water that looks like water!

seem like new lightroom feature "Enhance Detail" can be a new hope for improving 18-135...!

Fritz, a neighborhood dog

I was leaving the house with my gear and I saw a woman walking this dog down the sidewalk in front of my home. I’m not shy, having made my living starting conversations with strangers, and asked to photograph her dog. I’ve photographed Fritz on several walks by my house since this one and Fritz is always a very serious dog. NOTE: You can see my white KIA Soul reflected his left eye.

I am as impressed with the fact you get up and about to photograph sunrises as I am with your photos.

From following this thread I’m beginning to think I under appreciated my 18-135 when I bought the 16-85. I still have it because I haven’t overcome the inertia to properly photograph it for the marketplace. Maybe that’s a good thing.

every time I think that I want to replace the DA 18-135, I use it for a weekend or less and it will convince me of the error I've made in thinking that....

One for the K-70 and the other for the K-3ii! The 18-135 might well be worth more to you than the $200-odd that you would get for it.

I usually keep my 18-135 in a small bag which also holds either KP or K-S2 plus compact flash (Godox TT350P), DA 55-300 PLM and one other smallish lens (eg DFA 100 for an all WR kit or the new-to-me DA 15 Ltd for wide coverage), together with a spare SD card and DLi109 battery, a filter or two and the Godox XProP. It's my grab-and-go kit. Invaluable. (I put together a different kit (with the K-3) in another bag or two when I have something particular in mind.)
