At approximately what focal length does vignette become noticeable when this lens is mounted on the K-1 - or are you using the K-1's 3/4 crop function to avoid it?
According the EXIF, this was shot at 18mm, I'll leave it to you to decide about the vignetting.

To tell the truth, I generally capture a scene knowing I am going to crop. While shooting I leave it uncropped on the K-1, though I do see both options in the OVF and compose accordingly.

Is it just my imagination, or does this shot at 21mm show more barrel distortion (and look wider, regardless of cropping) than it would if taken with an APS-C camera?
WYSIWYG. I don't generally do lens correction

Tough to tell in the supplied shot due to natural light fall off - but what it does say at a minimum is a user can go full-frame at 18mm so long as you are careful about the composition.

A bit of variety in the weather here in South Gippsland (Victoria, Australia). KP + DA 18-135.

Impressive skies and a very nice scene make a great photo. I'm a bit puzzled by the crepuscular rays in the right side of the photo; they don't seem to fit with the position of the sun judging by the shadows. I guess that makes it intriguing for me. Thanks for sharing this.

Thank you Hans. Yes it almost appeared as though the rays were coming from behind the trees on the right. It seemed quite remarkable at the time. (And there was no-one in the paddock beyond the trees generating them, unless the cows were doing it, like in some Gary Larson cartoon!)

You just caught cow luminescence on photo! All the more impressive ;-)

Some pictures of the moon. The best I've got so far with this lens and my K-3 II. There are two pictures showing the original size of the moon in the frame when taken at 135 mm. There are also two crops that show details of the moon. The crops may seem a bit blurry because they are enlarged too much by the forum attachment system.

The results are pretty typical for the extreme range of a 135mm lens
Did you use a tripod?
To improve sharpness after cropping I'd try using a little higher F-Stop (F-11) to force light through a sharper area of the lens and increase the ISO to 400 or 800 to compensate at the same shutter speed
Remember shooting the moon especially a very bright Full Moon is almost like shooting in Daylight

I used a tripod. I also used the 2 s delay.
I'll try a higher F-Stop next time. Thank you for your feedback!

I'm actually not familiar with the uploading procedure and as I said the cropped images are a bit enlarged (>100% zoom). This makes the images look a bit blurry. The following links provide a 100% zoom view (1 pixel of the image = 1 pixel of the screen, at least with my browser) :

Some great photos on here taken with the 18-135mm. I had this lens when I had my K3 but sold it when I sold that camera, I have since bought the Pentax KP and bought the 16-85mm plus the 15mm Ltd and the 35mm f4. The 16-85mm is amazing quality but frustratingly a bit short on the long end, so I have now sold that lens and bought myself another 18-135mm which I am looking forward to receiving next week 😉

I took this near Sedona, Arizona with a K-5 and the 18-135. It was in July, during Arizona's monsoon season.

Great shot, looks like a small Ayres Rock 😉

Moonrise with Lunar Eclipse
(EXIF indicates I took this with a 50-200mm lens. Except I don't have one. Could be since it was a composite, LR & PS made it's own selection.)
