Don't Show my wife this thread!

So I've been a bad boy.
Got a little crazy with my tax refund, but hell, I work hard all year, why not?

I picked up a Sigma 8-16mm, a Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 and a DA* 50-135.

I had a 14mm f/2.8, which was adequate for most cases...but i really missed the super wide angle, so the 8-16mm fit the bill.

I still have a 18-55WR for when the weather turns to crap and its really light, so I can carry it everywhere...but I also wanted something really sharp in that range for general usage and lower light applications, hence the tammy.

And I got the 50-135, because it is a real useful range for me, and Ive always wanted one.

I am waiting on a lens arriving in the mail......again, and, believe it or not, my wife is VERY encouraging.

She often says, in response to my comments " well, why don't you go ahead and buy it?" Am I unique/lucky/fortunate or what?

Wow! Have 3 lenses on my list right now and wish I could get them all at once, but my wife would be very unhappy. How do you like the 8-16? I want something wide, but am having a hard time deciding between the 10-20, 12-24, or the 8-16.

wow, seems like we're on the same boat. I got carried away and bought the Sigma 70-200/2.8, 50-135/2.8 and 35/2.0. Now i got to think of a way to hide it from my gf or else she'll kill me xP
