Hi all, I'm thinking of buying this excellent lens. I went through the review section to see the comments and prices, but those price differences keep me puzzled. What is this lens really worth nowadays? How much would you pay for it, given it is in very good condition?

On ebay last two were sold for around 500$

I paid $400-$500 IIRC.
Very sharp lens.
Too bad on the CA weakness though.

By the way I use mine as a pseudo macro lens because it focuses indeed very close.
