Macro lens, M50 f4 or FA 100 f3.5

Hi, I could not find any comparison between these lenses. I am looking for a cheap-good quality macro lens, and I will buy a used one.

1. How much should I pay for these, used ? which one do you suggest ?

2. I have Tamron 17-50 f2.8. Can I get same macro performance using some tubes or filters ?

3. I read somewhere M50 f1.7 with some tubes can be used for macro. If so, is result the same as using a macro lens, like M50 f4 ?
