I think it's my TWO Super-Tak 50 1.4's. I'm too lazy for them.

Was a FA* 200 4 macro... wonderful lens, I miss it. The fixed focal length of 200mm just wasn't really useful to me and I honestly don't do enough macro to justify keeping the lens. Now, I would have to say the Sigma EX 105 2.8 Macro (again, focal length not that useful, but macro capabilities are pretty nice) and Vivitar Series 1 105 2.5 (I have it in FD mount and have shot some film with it, but I really wish it were in K mount, then I'd definitely use it more).

But really, because of my LBA, I've tried and temporary owned quite a handful of really nice glass, but I always come back to my DA* 55 1.4- I use it for just about everything.

My A-50mm 2.8 Macro. A lens I purchased early on. I rarely use it, but it never disappoints. Next on the list would probably be the K 135 2.5. The length is something I've never taken the time to get to use, but it's a beautiful lens that can produce great results.

Sadly it's the Tamron 90. My Rikenon 70-150 is plenty good enough in that range, and more fun to play with despite its 1:6 'macro' limitation. I've picked up a Sigma 50 Macro here that should fit my needs better, so next week I might get to test them side by side. That will be fun.

Tamron 28-200mm AF. Since I got my Sigma AF zoom I almost never use it even though it's a decent lens. I use the 300mm zoom way more even though most of the time 200mm would do me.

The best lens I rarely use at the moment... DA* 300mm f4 I usually use it at the local airshow, but I'm not sure I'll be going this year. Events like that are terribly harsh on the eyes. I also have used it when trying to photography birds in the wilderness.

For me, it's my Takumar 55mm f/1.8s. I actually have two of them, one I bought on purpose and one I just fell into as part of a larger lot. Anyway, whenever I break one out the result is great but I don't know what it is about them that keep them on the shelf instead on in my bag. Something about them just doesn't fit with me.

This one is easy.

Sorry to say, but the FA 77/1.8 Limited, good as it is, seldom leaves the bag.

I would have to say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and recommend you try one and read the reviews. I like it obviously but I am the same guy that returned the hugely popular da40/2.8 for a refund after 3 days as its f2.8 (in my case) was just not good enough and the FA35 whipped it soundly at f2 versus f2.8. Just one opinion though.
The FA35/2 is very sharp at f2 and razor sharp at f2.8 and slower.
The best compromize in low light is between 2.2-2.5-2.8.

Best lens never use? nop. The best lenses are the most used, as often as possible. But I do have many very good lenses with far less use.

My lens that is great but never pull out is my M 50mm f1.7.I have the 1.4 version and use that more so for macro, portraits etc. There is bugger all difference in performance between the two,so I'll just hang on to it only because I think the M series lenses are an overall brilliant lense.
Another lense that I forgot to mention is the Tokina 19-35mm.This lens is a very sharp that never sees the light of day much.

Lot's in this category:

M 50/4 macro, M 50/1.4, M 35/2 and a few others.

All very good optics but they just don't get much use anymore. Still can't let them go for some reason.
