A good manual focus collection (if I do say so myself):
Pentax-A 16/2.8 fisheye
Sigma Superwide 24mm f/2.8 (Also available in AF)
Vivitar 28mm f/2 close focus
Carl Zeiss Jena 35mm f/2.4 (M42)
Pentax SMC 50mm f/1.4
Mamiya-Sekor 58mm f/1.7
Tokina AT-X 90mm f/2.5 macro
Takumar preset 135mm f/3.5
XR Rikenon 300mm f/4.5
SMC 80-200mm f/4.5

Admittedly I replaced the CZJ with the DA 35 macro, upgraded to the AF Sigma as well, and use an AF tele zoom far more than the SMC one. Still, I don't think you can go wrong with any or all of the above lenses for manual focus.

For the Pentax PK lens mount, by far the best manual focus lens' I've seen are made by Zeiss.

My idea of the ultimate lens kit is as follows:

28MM M42 Takumar
35MM M42 Takumar
50/55MM M42 Takumar
85MM Takumar
105MM Takumar
200MM Takumar
300MM Takumar

M42 lenses are easier I would think to adapt than PK? Seems like it to me. Plus the M42 Takumars are sharp as heck. Dream list of sorts for me, particularly that 28MM, 85MM and 300MM, but I think it would be a good one for your needs too. Depends upon what you'll be shooting of course but this range covers most bases pretty beautifully, IMHO. So far I have 4 of them. The 200MM is my most recent one. One of these days maybe I'll stumble across the rest. No complaints here though. All of them just rock.

See my signature, I would go batshit crazy if I had to fight with a K or M lens and green button everything instead of just using the front and rear dials for aperture and shutter speed, especially since the K20D (and I think your samsung) has a beak sticking out that makes it basically 100% impossible to operate the aperture ring since you cant easily read it or even get a good grip on it, keep that in mind.

With the 3 higher end reasonably fast zooms I have, I have the full range from 24-210. the 35-105 has a real macro setting at all focal lengths (not just close focus) and at can focus from something like 4" at 35mm to 24" at 105mm. Each was purchased in like new condition for well less than $200 shipped off of ebay.
A series primes are really only necessary for speed, I would like to add a 28mm f2 to this lineup since I want a faster lens in a wider range than the 50mm 1.4 for low light work.
Though this setup is perfect for FF it would do better with a bit wider low ends for APSC, but I make do, and I ended up buying the 70-300 cheapo tamron used for less than $100 because often 210mm just isn't enough.
