Ive got two lenses for my TLR - does that count as four? Apart from my 17 Pentax ones I reckon I have 10 FD mount, 3 Mamiya 645 mount and the aforementioned TLR lenses for my Mamiya C220

I have no idea exactly how many (they are all over the house and too much trouble to count) but I voted 51-75. If I counted teleconverters and non pentax lenses that are in the process of being converted to pentax or waiting to be converted I might go a little over that 75. If I count front mount teleconverters and wide angles and such I'm easily in the 101-150 category.

My lba has kind of died off till I use some of what I have a little more but I recently bought one (just won, should be shipped soon) that should be impossible to convert to pentax but I'm going to try anyway (it was only about 7$ shipped and I was hungering for a lens to buy on ebay). I'm down to a couple of lenses a month (that's my story and I'm sticking to it).

It's time to build a spreadsheet. For each lens: Make, model, type (prime, zoom, TC, enlarger, etc), mount (M42, K0, T2, KM, KA, KAR, etc), focal length (FL range if zoom), max aperture, min aperture, aperture type (manual, M/A, preset, auto, etc), focus (manual, auto, none), near-focus distance, iris blades, front thread, weght, serial number, notes, origin, total cost (including shipping). I should have included purchase date, but what the hell, it's too late now. For those disposed of, I add fields for sales price and profit/loss.

NOTE: K0 (zero) is what I call K mounts with no aperture linkage, like lens-in-a-caps and some mirrors. T-mount is a subset of K0.

I admitted to 15 on the poll, but I might have missed a few. I cleaned up my act last winter when I sold off 10 or so. So I claim to be a recovering LBA person.

I'm in the 20's but I'm planning on reducing that by about half now that I've picked out my favorites and several never get used. Ideally I'll end up with an DA/FA set, a large set of K/M/A lenses and later a nice set of zooms (like the Tamrons).

I'd say, anyone with less than 1.000 Pentax comaptible (I count M42 as original Pentax format) lenses hasn't even developed the mild form of LBA. (not that I have, I just find the list impressive). You can't call it a serious LBA IMHO if there's more than 5.000 lenses to go.
It should be more than 6000+ lenses on the list, but they are not 'native':
I also use PentaconSix lenses with adapter, Olympus OM lenses (change mount), and nikkor non-ai, ai, ai-s (change mount with 1mm washer, some just fit).

I trashed a 50mm Schneider enlarging lens. I had sold my El Nikkor's off decades ago. But had a leftover 50mm. Looked on ebay and they sold for next to nothing. Wasn't worth my bother to list it. Never knew they were useful for shooting pix with or I might have kept it to test out.

I threw in Captain Jack's Exakta Lens Page because Exakta-mount lenses (except those with stop-down buttons) are extremely simple to adapt to PK mount. And the last, The Lens Collectors Vade Mecum, well that's just mandatory.

Ah, but some of your 15 remaining lenses are really, really big. Good thing they aren't measured by weight...

well I'll have to concede that some are above average in weight. When your first thought is grabbing the forklift when you are thinking of going
out on a shoot........, Just maybe it's heavy...

actually got one that I've considered using a couple times:
