just curious about this lens i found in ebay. F 70-200 4-5.6

i know there is a version of FA, but i didnt knew the F version is exist. on PF database we have only F 70-210 4-5.6?

It is probably this budget lens:
Pentax-F 70-200/4-5.6

AFAIK it is not even smc treated...

This lens was replaced with the Pentax SMC F 70-210 with multi-coating. Here is a link to the review section for the Pentax-F 70-200. The one you want has orange lettering, the one you linked to has all white lettering. The 70-210 is an excellent lens, though very heavy for its range compared to modern lenses.

The reviews are not bad for the 70-200 either but for the difference in price the 70-210 has multi-coating so I think it is the better buy.
