Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6 Brick wall sharpness test- I need opinions! :)

Hey guys,
after acquiring a siggy 10-20mm f4-5.6 I wanted to make sure it wasn't a dud, thus I did some brick wall sharpness tests. To me, the lens seems fine, but I need a more informed opinion.
All were manually focused.
Order of aperture settings :
f/5.6
f/8
f/9
f/11
f/13
f/14
All taken on tripod @ iso 100

maybe it is more important to test at 10mm since that is what we buy it for mostly.
your pic at 20mm looks fine at this size.

Yeah you're right, I only had a bit of wall and the minimum focus distance isn't that close... I'll try again!

Looks very good at 10mm and 20mm.
You have a good copy. Just like mine

FWIW Photozone remarks positively on this lens, even at 10mm.

But I wouldn't be shooting past f11, as you have done with a few of these shots, if you want maximum sharpness. On a wide like this you will already have more than enough depth of field most times. f14 or f11 won't help you get any more useful DOF.
