I have the smcp 17-70 Canuck, but I think I am going to get the DA* 16-50 instead. the 17-70 is a decent lens but i have seen sharper results from the 16-50 - unless you get one of the bad ones (which is why I haven't hit the buy button yet). Getting a bad copy would really be a bummer, I guess you can send it back though. Here is one with the 17-70  | |
