I wasn't really sure where to post this, "Everything Else" sounded good enough...
I have my K10D now for a little over a month and I just love it. I've been getting to know the camera by taking photos of all my old lenses. Tonight I was taking photos of the first lens I ever owned. Not my first Pentax lens, but my first lens period. My Dad gave this to me, along with a Mamiya SLR, when I was 10 years old. I've had it now for 20 years, but up until a few weeks ago I hadn't used it in at least 10! The K10D has given it, and several other screw mount lenses I already had and, have been given, a new life.
Mamiya/Sekor f1.8 55mm
Has a little wear on it, but it still functions perfectly.
Converted to K mount. I did this with a bit of trepidation, but it worked perfectly. The little notch I cut looks too large, but it's not, it fits perfect. The lens clicks into place and does not budge at all.
Just thought I'd share!
