I want to start a lens seller's remorse thread.

Of all the lenses that you guys have sold in the past, which one do you miss the most? Which one should you not have sold?

I miss my Zeiss ZK lenses. I should not have done that.

FA* 200 4 Macro (need I say more about this amazing lens? ...) and Sigma 105 2.8 Macro.

I needed the money and I learned that I really wasn't as interested in macro as much as I thought I was nor that I really needed such nice and high-quality glass... I miss them- but not that much that I'd fork over the money to buy them both back...

My Canon 17-40 L plus 24-105 L were stolen.... never missed them!
I have sold my Nikkor 24-70 f2.8G..... don't really miss it. It is big, hulky and not as sharp as a $400 prime. I have not sold any lenses since then...

This is about where I stand. Well, I have actually sold ONE lens: a second copy of the non-WR kit zoom. Regrets: none.

I've sold three lenses: DA 18-55 II, a Tamron 75-300, and a DA 12-24. I was relieved to get rid of the first two lenses, which I had come to dislike; I thought I might, however, regret selling the DA 12-24, which is a superb lens, but so far that hasn't happened.

I have 52 lenses, primarily because I have not sold a thing

basically all the Leica R series lenses and Leica R mount camera bodies I ever owned...I kept two fast 50's though, the f/1.4 summilux and f/2 summicron.

The lens I regret selling was my FA 100-300 f4.7-5.8 ... I sold it in favor of the DA 55-300 I have today. When I got my K-2, I suddenly miss it. Full-frame and with aperture ring... It could've been the best long zoom partner for my FA 28-105 PZ
