DA 18-135mm WR made for Video lens?

I don't have any current Pentax DSLR bodies with Video but this K-01 with DA 18-135mm has really surprised me with the video quality.

I would think this lens would be the most versatile for movie making with 18 mm to 135mm and can film in the rain with WR Pentax dslrs.

What is your opinion?

It depends on the type of movies you are shooting. Continuous aperture is best, espcially for low-light work. Good control of manual focus is also important. I also prefer manual aperture rings. With them, you can always change your aperture in the middle of a shot.
