Should I buy a Tokina 20-35!?

I can get a Tokina 20-35mm (like this one: Tokina 20-35mm f/3.5-4.5 AF) for about US$200.

Should I get it? Is it too expensive?

It would be for use with my Z-1P... but I already have M20, K24, M28 and M35 lenses.

Help me out PF!

I personally wouldn't. You have that focal length more than handled with better lenses.
But LBA is a b1tch

M20+K24+M28+M35 doesn't equal autofocus, autoexposure and the convenience of a zoom. If those are 3 things you need then yes, if not then no.

If you'd rather dip your toe in the water with this focal length, consider the Cosina/Promaster/Phoenix/Quantaray 19-35mm f/3.5-4.5 AF lens, which be had for $75 or less. It's a pretty good lens, though construction quality won't touch the all-metal Tokina above:

$200 is maybe a bit to much. I tried the AT-X Pro 2,8 for $260 (demo model) and this lens is really great, but quite soft at 2,8. I already have a Sigma 24mm AF and CZ 28mm so it would only be for the zoom. Tokina builds good lenses but the AF/MF mechanism is a bit tricky.
