What is this?

I have found a lens that is described as:

Autofocus Tele to the 4,5x6cm

(translated from a foreign language).

Any ideas what this means???

My guess is that it is a lens for the Pentax 645 cameras

I saw plenty of that, Tom.

There is adaptor for 645 or 67 lens on k mount body in ebay. The sellar is Japanese dealer. Costing about 245 US dollars in in general. All the sales last about 1 month each time posted up in ebay

I even saw 400mm f4 for 67 camera body and yes I mean f4!

I'm interested in 645 lenses- I got a great deal ($200) for a body in perfect condition on ebay.
