Which lenses do I keep and which do I sell ?

Like others are saying, keep the FA 50/1.4 (get a hood for it if you haven't already) & Tamron 90 macro.

Upgrade to some kind of better walk around zoom. There's tons. If you 're anxious about having limited zoom range but want a reasonably fast max aperture then you could get a Sigma 17-70/2.8-4.5. Or the Pentax 18-135 if you want more zoom range & are ok with slower aperture.

You'd also see a noticeable improvement in the tele range if you replaced your Sigma 70-300 with the Pentax 55-300.
