There seems to be 17 Samsung lenses with Pentax mount:
Samsung Lenses: Digital Photography Review

Who have made these lenses?
Have they been tested somewhere?
What are their price/quality value?
Do anyone have some experience?

I believe a bunch, like the 12-24, the 100mm macro, and the 18-55 are made by Schneider. They are supposed to be optically the same (and same price, give or take) as the Pentax equivalents, minus the Pentax SMC coatings.

I actually want some of their lenses because they are very pretty with their blue band.

Yes, I can be quite superficial.

Only 8 are for Pentax KAF2 mount. The other 9 are NX mount, which is Samsung only.
The KAF2-mountable ones seem to have identical Pentax DA twins.

I own the Samsung D-Xenogon 35mm F2 which looks exactly like the Pentax FA35 F2, and use it with K-5's.

It has great performance, and is sharp from F2 on. The reviews for the FA35 F2 are applicable to this lens in my experience.

I was able to purchase it as new-old stock at a very good price last year from a posted tip here on PF.

Occasionally the Samsung lenses can still be purchased as new-old stock.

I own the Samsung D-Xenon 12-24mm F4 ED lens and it is identical to the Pentax DA 12-24 lens. AFAIK it's a rebranded Pentax lens. Oddly, in Lightroom the software does not know what it is from the exif data (other than it's focal length and aperture). As far as the lens performance goes, it's just a killer UWA lens and it's my absolute favorite in that length.

Oh, in case you didn't know, Samsung and Pentax for a time were sorta collaborating on cameras and lenses. The Pentax K10d and K20d cameras had direct Samsung equivalents (and corresponding K-mounts). During that time the 8 Samsung D lenses were available for the Samsung (or Pentax) cameras.

As previous posters noted, the K-mount ones are made by, or in collaboration with, Pentax.
Schneider just allowed the use of their name.

The Samsung Schneider-Kreuznach D-Xenogon 10-17mm fisheye is identical to the Pentax 10-17, except that the rubber grip is different and the trim band is metallic blue instead of green. The lens itself was designed (and maybe built?) by Tokina. It's functionally the same as Tokina's Nikon- or Canon- mount versions, right down to the built-in petal hood with 58mm filter threads molded into it.

I always thought the use of the "Schneider Kreuznach" name was a bit funny.

Funny name? Heck, I always want to say 'god bless you' right after saying "Schneider Kreuznach."

I count Schneider Kreuznach as a quality brand and don't understand if there is no SMC coatings, may be some multi coating anyway?

I think some of the Pentax lenses also feature quick shift, and their blue brothers don't..?

The 18-55 and 50-200 ones (Samsung) at least do have quickshift, and metal mounts, and hoods.

I heard they also have the same coatings...

I have the D-Xenon 100mm 2.8 macro... Same as the D-FA100... Bought it used for £100 less than the price of the Pentax version... One of my 2 most used lenses (other being the FA35-f2)
