The 06101 booklet here has a simpler explanation on the first page, not the same as shown on your op. Has some photos of lens testing and the computer room with teletypes and rows of tape drives
This booklet is rubber stamped on the back with the dealer "from Ash Bester & Co , Chemist and Photo Dealers 102 Elizabeth St Hobart, Tas" (Tasmania Australia)
Looks like that is a toy and hobby shop now.
