I need suggestion for a super wide lens !

Dear everyone,

I really want to buy a super wide lens in near future and I need your suggestion. My requirement for that lens, beside the IQ (definitely) is Support full-frame if possible Because I will use it in my Pentax film AF body beside my K-5. I do not know which super wide lens is supported full-frame as my choose are those lens:

+ Pentax 12-24
+ Sigma 8-16 (But it is HSM only?)
+ Sigma 10-20 (This lens is also HSM only?)
+ Tamron 10-24
+ Some tokina AT-X super wide lens

Could you give me your experience about buying a super wide lens for my K-5 (and also my Pentax AF film body) ? Thank you very much.

I have the Sigma 10-20 3.5 HSM and absolutely love it. I don't find alot of distortion unless I take a picture at the 10mm end and someone is moving away from or towards the edge of the frame. There are plenty of reviews on all of the above lenses except I am not sure about the Tokina.

The older Sigma 10-20 (f/4-f/5.6) does not support full frame (it becomes kind of usable from 13-15 to 20mm though). I don't know about the f/3.5 version.

Sigma 12-24 DG is the full frame lens you want/need.

#Franky2step: Look like that lens is nice, but I just did a small research in CZECH market, maybe it is a little hard to find a new one !
#mbukal: Hows about the Pentax 12-24 in film body ? Do you know Which mm it is starting usable ?

Pentax 12-24/4 is not good for ff ,heavy vignetting from 12 to 16mm, from 17mm to 24 mm is great, the asp-c whole range 12 to 24 is fantastic, from f4
