DIY tilt/shift lens for Pentax K?

Has some one done T/S for K mount?

What I've understood is that focal length should small for more perspective pictures and drawing circle should be larger than in normal lens. So what is minimum for T/S in APS-C sensor?
May K/M 24mm F2.8 be good cheap alternative or should it be medium format lens?

I think most people use 645 or 67 lenses, or Pentacon six lenses with a tilt shift adapter. I think there was a thread on someone making one on these forums. He used two mounts, strings, and a pinkponk ball I think. You might try making your own bellows, but it is rather hard to make a T/S thingy with good control over the tilting and shifting - usually it becomes impossible to be used hand held.

The problem with using a medium format lens is that a 24mm is a fisheye, which is not ideal for tilt-shift because of the curved focal plane.

You still can use old nikon ultra wide with shift adapter on nex or m4/3.
There is a kipon made shift adapter, but no K mount yet.
I use shift lenses with tilt adapter on nex, or tilt only for regular lenses, pentacon six on pentax slr.

No idea about price. But canon/nikon TS lenses are far more expensive.
1000usd sounds too cheap.

pentax K 28 shift ~700usd
nikkor 28 PC ~ 800usd
olympus OM 24 shift ~1500usd

anyway, 1000 is a expensive toy if you don't really need it. I found 28mm in crop sensor usable.
Shift: as wide as possible
Tilt: any focal length. Very use full.

Here is a sample from nikkor 35/1.4 with tilt - sharp all the way, all text can be read on 100% crop:

Another sample from pentax A 50/1.2 at f1.2 - almost dark, but note the focus plan - sharp all the way:

and using TS as portrait, from nikkor 28PC, shift up 2mm, tilt right, focus plan is on both eyes, note the bokeh:

In this topic I'm looking for very cheap DIY options like these when absolute usability or IQ is not the point but fun is.

Nice link of DIY options.
I tried once, but whatever I try, it's not as good, due to several factors:
- The focus plan is sensitive with the angles. A slightly movement will make the intent subject out of focus.
- Dust to sensor
- Infinity issues

and I spent too much time. the material cost became high in the long run after many tries, with a non reversible mod.
