ok sorry just looked cant find anything to do with teleconverters mind u im running on 2 hrs slep after a long night shift :O(

There are ma y theeada on TC's here, jst do a search. Most, though, will tell you the same thing I am - they are *extremely* unlilely to give you a better image than simply cropping in most cases. They made sense in the film days when cropping was difficult, but they serve little purpose with a DSLR unless you happen to have ne of the few lens / tc's combos that actually does outperform cropping.
