| Best NEW, AF wide-to-tele lens?
Alright, lemme try this again.  I love my primes and will never give them up -- BUT there are some situations in which lens swapping is impractical or unlikely. Pentax isn't really meeting my wish list, even with the upcoming 17-70 f4 AL [IF] SDM later this summer -- too short. I'd prefer something closer to 30-105. Tamron and Sigma both have a few in this range -- anyone know what the BEST choice, IQ-wise, is? I'm not terribly worried about, say, a constant f2.8 -- but I'll take it. Thanks all!
