am i making a good deal?

I am getting a mint k20d, pentax 18 250 da if lens and a Pentax AF 360 FGZ flash $650 for everything. I plan on keeping the flash and lens and selling the camera, because I have my k5. Is this good?

It'd say $650 is pretty close to the value of the items, maybe $100 under- so yeah!

I think it's too close to be worth the risk unless you have the K20d sale lined up already.

If it's the Pentax 18-250mm lens then I would say it's a great deal.
That lens often sells for over $350 IIRC

Yes that is the pentax 18 250 I just picked up the things and I loved the flash and the lens they work great and are mint, exept the lens creeps very bad wich is common of this one, but I am keeping those.

As far as the camera it is really mint with only 3457 actuations just checked in the website.

I will sell the camera, how much could i get for this camera, I am thinking at least $300??

A thing about the camera I havent had time to figure is the display stays off while taking a picture guess gotta read the manual, came with manual and box and everything.

Pentax DA 18-250 has been selling on fleabay for around $400 give or take depending on condition. So if you think you can sell the rest and make enough to keep the lens under say $300 then yeah that's a good deal. If you end up paying much more then IMHO you would be better just buying the lens elsewhere, instead of all the time and risk involved in buying and reselling.

I am keeping the lens and the flash! I initially only wanted the flash because I know this lens sells good but I like the lens too! I am just a hobbyist but I think this lens plus my sigma 8-16 and my manual primes pretty much completes my kit. Just need a good macro.
Maybe selling the camera will fund me a good manual prime like the vivitar 105 I wanted to score yestarday but someone else got. O well.

I decided to keep the k20d. Also bought a fa 100 wr as my macro. I just wont tell my bank account about it LOL
