What's this lens?

Hello

Yesterday, a seller at my country post a undefine lens (or something like a lens) and he don't know what's this lens.
It have M42 thread but can't see anything when see through (he said that).
Anyone here can define this lens?

Old spotting scope that needs an eyepiece? Probably a T-mount thread rather than an m42.

It looks like it may have a T-adapter of some sort on it already. Maybe T to m42?? Does the end-piece unscrew?

I don't know anything about the lens or tele scope. The seller said that he can't define this len, too.
Wonder if can use it for super super tele

ps: The seller want to sell this lens at ~50$, it's okey, isn't it?

I would expect very poor quality on a camera, and it will probably cost you some more to get the right mount to do that. Personally, I wouldn't pay half that and I'd keep looking...
