Any optical or focusing difference between 200 mm prime vs. 70-210 at 200 mm

I appreciate there will be metering differences between using an A lens vs an M or m42, but I want to put those aside.

My question is whether there will be much of an optical difference between using an A70-210 / 4 in the 200 mm range vs using an M200/4 or SMC Tak 200/4? I see a lot of the latter two lenses for sale these days, causing also sorts of LBA twitching, but I suspect that I'm not going to gain much over using the zoom, which already doesn't get much use. I guess aside from optics, is it easier to focus either of the 200 primes?

I don't have the zoom but the SMC 200/4 is an excellent lens, sharp x 3. Focus ability seems fine to me.
