M42 SMC 200 4.0 question

I'm wondering if I will get sharper photos with this lens than the DA 50-200 gets at 200 m.m. Thanks Bob

The image will probably be sharper, but you'll likely see more flare/aberrations as well (due to the older coatings on the m42).

Don't know about the M42 200/4. The M200/4 gives much sharper and more predictable results than my 50-200 at the edges and corners. Not so much difference in the centre.
