Out of Interest old 645 lenses?

Was just browsing some lenses on ebay and just wondered whether old 645 lenses can be adapted and mounted on K mount cameras???? Would just like to know the answer.

Yes, there is an adapter, but they are significantly larger and heavier than the 35mm glass. There isn't much advantage to them, especially considering the price. The only reason I could see to have the adapter is if you actually use both systems.
