200mm Super Tak vs SMC Tak

I have an itch for another M42 lens (why? because LBA is a harsh mistress that's why)...
My question is what are the differences between the earler Super Takumar vs the later SMC Takumar?
Is one generally better or more desireable than the other?

S-M-C/Super Takumar 200mm F4 Reviews - M42 Screwmount Telephoto Primes - Pentax Lens Reviews & Lens Database

The only difference is that the SMC version supports open-aperture metering (on the spotmatic F, not on digital, hehe) and obviously has better coatings. I personally prefer SMC taks over the older ones because of that.
