Tamron 70-200 f2.8 DI LD w K-30

Has anyone used the Tamron 70-200 2.8 with the K-30 ? My current lens line up is just not cutting it for indoor track . The DAL 55-300 works fine outside in good light but it is too slow for the indoor conditions at my sons track meets . I have a 200 f2.5 but it is manual focus and a beast to focus quickly. Thinking about purchasing the Tamron , read the reviews but no mention about auto focus with K-30 ver1.1 . Any review would be great . Happy Holidays

The Tamron is excellent. It is screw-drive autofocus, so I doubt the body will make any significant difference. If you have it near the correct focus to start with it should not be an issue at all.
