645 75mm vs. Tamron 28-75mm

Hi everyone,

I'd like to get a prime around the 75mm focal length. I already have a Tamron 28-75 f2.8, but I was thinking of getting a 645 75mm and adapting it for video use. The manual focus of the 75mm prime would be superior to that of the Tamron, but does anyone have experience with the differences in image quality?

The Tamron is specifically a Tamron SP AF XR Di LD (IF) 1:2.8. The 645 lens I am considering is an A series 75mm f2.8.

I'd love to hear about anybody's experiences with both of these lenses.
