Sigma 28-200mm F3.8-5.6 AF
Sigma 100-200mm (do not anything else about this lens)
Sigma APO 400mm F1-5.6 AF
Sigma 70-300mm DG F4-5.6 AF
Phoniex 100-400mm AF/MF
Pentax Da 18-250mm F3.5-F6.3

I am open to any other suggestion on a lens that would be good for the pictures that I would be taken.
It really depends on your own needs. If you need a 400mm, then a 200mm lens won't work. If you don't want or need a 400mm, then it is a waste of money buying one. The Sigma 28-200mm gets good reviews, as does the Pentax DA 18-250, which is the same as the Tamron. The Sigma APO 400mm is sharp, but not as sharp as the tokina 400mm AT-X. The Phoenix 100-400mm is a budget lens designed and made by Cosina. It is probably not good enough for serious bird shooters, but should be okay for those who may use it only once in a while and can't justify the expense of a good super telephoto. The Sigma 70-300mm DG is a good lens, if you get the APO version. The non-APO version is cheaper but not as sharp.
