sigma vs tamron

hi,
new member of the forum as well as a new owner of a k30. looking for fast lens. can you help me compare the sigma 70-200 2.8 with the tamron 70-200.

Got the tammy about a month ago and still working out the kinks at 200 f2.8 . Stopped down to f 4 its killer . Some focus hunting on the K-30 but overall a nice build quality. Only complaint is performance wide open but it might be focus adjust or me or a combo of both

I shoot with the Sigma 70~200 FLD OS, blistering sharp lens even wide open, resolves pretty high also - one thing about tamron lenses for pentax is they are near featureless, no quick shift focus and no way to enable CIF/Trap Focusing when using manual focus (can probably hack it though for CIF).
