SMC Pentax A 2.8/20 20mm

There is a smudge/scratch on the rear element facing the mount.
Seller says it doesn't affect the images.

Price about 150 US dollars.

What do you think about this deal?

The price is not too bad i guess but I've read that rear scratches (I never had this myself) can effect pictures more than front scratches can. It seems fairly small from the picture but it's noticable. Can you return it if you're not satisfied? I think if it was me and I really wanted the lens, I would take the gamble. I think these sell for at least double on Ebay when you can find a mint copy.

Beware! As stated by Peter, the probability a scratched rear element will affect the pictures is much higher than for a scratched front element.

It is an interesting lens. I will pass on it. This is also the second time it has been listed. The previous person won the bid and was meeting in person to purchase the lens but the deal fell through.
