hi
was wondering if anyone knows of some good cheapish zoom lens 80mm or above for a budget of 100 bucks?
help would be very much appreciated!

The DA L 50-200mm is probably your best bet. I would also recommend the A 70-210mm F4, but it's manual focus.

Tamron 70-300 is inexpensive and OK. It does suffer from being a bit soft over 200mm and may suffer from purple fringing - but it's inexensive. Keep an eye on the Marketplace here, be patient.

This one would do:

SMC Pentax-F 70-210mm F4-5.6

It's compact, light and has good IQ. And the AF is snappy. It's no F2.8 on the other hand, which is seen in the price tag.
