Someone on eBay is selling a new Sigma 30 mm f 1.4 at the old sales price of only $269. Here is the listing:

This is not my listing, but I have the Sigma 30mm & love it for low-light portraiture, and have seen several messages of individuals wishing they could have the $269 price. Well here it is with free shipping--a great bargain in my opinion.

The listing you posted is for a Nikon mount.

Oops, sorry! All the Pentax mounts appear to be over $400 and some up to $600. Wow, I am tempted to sell my $269 B&H Sigma 30 mm for that price, but then I would have to buy the 31 limited, and the purpose of the Sigma 31 was to keep that from happening!

Wow, did this lens get discontinued? Are they making a new 'Art' version for Pentax?
