You probably would have some replies, if you posted your request in the Lens Forum.

Good luck.

What adaptor a you using? Maybe it's not the lens. Does your adaptor have a flange?

It's pretty similar to other Takumar disassembly that you might find in the article section. Remove the trim ring around the front element (the ring that says Super-Takumar 1:3.5/135) with some kind of rubber grippy thing. I think this is a photo of the right lens:

This particular lens has a mix of screw types; you might see either type. The cross-point screws in that photo hold on the front barrel with the filter threads. Remove those three and you can see the three screws that hold on the focusring. Those three screws can be loosened so you can adjust the focus ring. The only problem with this lens is that you'll need a long thin blade on the screwdriver to reach those focus ring screws.

A disposable rubber glove slipped over a convenient round object

A rubber chair leg protector. If you buy one you can carve out the center to avoid touching the front element, and carve a matching bevel to the trim ring. Use an old toothbrush to clean grit out of the filter threads. Make sure they actually take a filter - if the front of the lens is oval, you'll never get the ring off. If you can get drops of penetrating oil into the filter threads without getting any on the trim ring, it can help. You can always wipe it off after the trim ring comes off. This photo shows some other desparate moves: using a flat blade small screwdriver in a vertical engraved line in the name or serial number, which slips, or drilling a hole, which looks bad.
