Cambron camera and lenses

ok i know that some of the old cameras and lenses that where made in the ussr are Pentax capable and where made in Germany is this one of them.

Cambron M42????? maby

Pretty much any M42 (aka "screwmount") lens is compatible provided you have the appropriate M42->k-mount adapter.
